It really allowed us to get the most out of our time with him. If we asked him for any advice on challenges we were having he'd always have at least 3 different strategies or resources to use that were actually realistic and practical....None of the typical tactics and acronyms like A.B.C that sound good at first but don't really translate!

''It's great to not have it as structured as other trainings and quite open because that way, we actually get to ask questions on what is relevant to us NOW, as opposed to having a strict, outlined agenda where relevant stuff isn't covered.


John's training is also so FRESH and NEW, it's very relevant. I honestly don't think being trained on a specific method (let's take SPIN for example) would be as useful, because it becomes quite complicated with the nature of our business...
