In my Experience.
I’ve been fortunate in my career to be exposed to all aspects of Business and Sales from making 400 dials a week, to leading a self funded team from startup through acquisition, starting my own business and now working with some of the fastest growing and most dynamic companies in the world like Salesforce, Linkedin, Google, Amazon and many others.
These experiences have allowed me to create and share content to help others grow and hopefully not make as many mistakes as I did on their path to success. I’m also humbled to be recognized by many different publications who share my desire to elevate the people and profession of Sales.
What I Believe in.
I believe that when Sales is done right, it’s one of the greatest professions in the world but when done wrong, it’s one of the worst. When done right, Sales provides opportunities and the ability for people and companies to thrive while making a positive impact on the world around them.
My Why
To share my privilege, influence and earned experience with family, friends, employees and anyone who genuinely gives a shit so they can achieve a level of freedom and happiness that allows them to live the life they want.
My Values
Family First
We prioritize family and mental health over business results because we believe when our family and mental health are strong, we will deliver better results for our clients, and the business will thrive.
Care (Give a shit)
We work with people who genuinely care about doing good work, elevating their profession, and supporting the people around them. For those who do give a shit, we give everything, for those who don’t, we make an effort to be an inspiration for why they should.
Make it Happen
We work to get the job done right, whenever and whatever it takes to exceed expectations and drive results, because mediocrity is not an option.
Authenticity (Own it)
We don’t pretend to be something we’re not in order to make friends, win business or fit in. We always find a way to accomplish our goals in a way that is transparent in who we are.
Continuous Improvement
We stretch ourselves to get better every day both personally and professionally and push everyone around us to do the same.
